By using the services of Royal Tour & Travels, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Booking & Payment

A 25% advance deposit is required to confirm any booking.
Full payment must be made 7 days before the tour departure date.
Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change.

Cancellation

Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on cancellation charges.

Our Liability

Royal Tour & Travels acts as an organizer and is not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, or irregularity that may arise from circumstances beyond our control.

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend the itinerary if circumstances make it necessary. Any such changes will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
