Refund Processing
Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Refund Methods
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
- Bank transfer refunds may take additional 3–5 working days.
Non-Refundable Items
- Flight tickets (subject to airline policy)
- Visa fees
- Travel insurance premiums
- Special event tickets and permits
Force Majeure
In cases of cancellation due to natural disasters, political unrest, or pandemic-related restrictions, a credit note valid for 12 months will be offered as an alternative to a cash refund.
